Here is a step-by-step guide of what you can expect when enquiring with Cheshire Artificial Grass:
First Contact – Once we have your enquiry, a member of the team will be in contact with you to discuss your needs and give a price outline, along with booking a site survey if you want to go to the next step.
Site Survey – We will book you in for a free, comprehensive site survey. This will have someone come out measure up the area talk about your wants – They will then put together a quotation for you within a few days.
Ordering – Once you have checked the quotation, and are happy with everything, the next step is an acceptance of the quote and a 25% deposit is to be made then we can lock in your installation in the install calendar.
Installing Your Dream Garden – A team of expert installers will come early on the day(s) of the install to get your new garden. The team will follow our civil engineered perfect install method to create your perfect garden.

The Check-In – Before any final payment – We’ll give you a call to ensure you are happy with everything about your new garden.
Payment and Aftercare – If you are happy with everything, we will email your invoice and information on your 10-year guarantee.
Enjoy – Finally, it is time to get outside and enjoy your brand-new artificial lawn with all of your family and friends. If your install has joins be sure to give it 24 hours for the glue to fully cure.
