Overgrown weeds, old fashioned gravel transformed into the artificial garden that was needed. 

Low-maintenance gardens have been around for a long time. A lot of people don’t enjoy mowing the lawn, so they think of substitutions. Up until a few years ago, many families would opt for slate or gravel instead of natural grass. This cut out the need for a lawn mower and meant they could just enjoy their garden with no need to maintain it. However, this lacks the vibrancy and colour of grass… that’s when artificial gardens began to emerge. Switching these older methods and replacing them with artificial grass gave the families the best of both worlds. 

This family in Bramhall was looking for a well-needed makeover for their garden. They wanted to do something with the gravel patch in the middle of their garden, which often got muddy and made the rest of the garden messy. It had started to become overgrown with weeds around the edge which were impossible to keep on top of. Not the low-maintenance garden they imagined. 

Luckily for them, we were able to give them exactly what they were looking for. The paving flags in the middle of the gravel were removed and relayed around the edge of the garden. Leaving a big space in the middle free to install our luxury artificial grass. The family opted for our 30mm pile Arley artificial grass to be fitted. Now that it’s installed, the family has the low-maintenance garden they wanted with none of the mess they had before.
