Artificial Grass Chester

Chester is a charming walled city in the north west of England, it is close to Liverpool. Originally set up by the Romans in the first century AD and named Fort Diva as it stood next to the River Dee. Surrounded with history and stunning architecture It is easy to see why Chester was voted one of Europe’s prettiest cities by a poll of Americans, beating the likes of Venice and Prague.

The famous City Walls was originally built by the Romans and some of the unique remains from the Roman structure can still be observed today. The picturesque two miles walk offers a raised view of the city and a view of the Welsh mountains on the other side.

The wonderful Town Hall was built and the Eastgate clock was created during the Victorian times in honour of Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee. There are so many reasons to love Chester. Aside from the UK’s most visited Chester zoo, the Chester Cathedral is one of the main tourist attractions. For some it is a place of worship and for others a cultural, historical place of discovery.

The Roman Amphitheatre in Chester is a Grade 1 listed building and the stone-built theatre is thought to be the largest in Britain with 7000 spectator seats. Of course, we must mention the Chester Racecourse which is the oldest sporting venue, with the first hordes race taking place at the Roodee in 1539.
