A commonly ask question and the answer is simple. Whichever YOU feel is right for YOU! Artificial grass is so advanced now, that there is such a wide variety of types available… and each one claims to be the best. It can also depend on what the area is mostly going to be used for. High traffic areas and pet owners be better with a short, C-shaped fibre artificial grass. Whereas if it’s just too look at, longer, flat fibres will be just fine. But at the end of the day, you’re the one that will look at it so it’s all down to personal preference.
This is tricky to put a figure on as there are so many factors that affects the price of an installation. No garden is the same and we wouldn’t want to suggest they are with a cost per square meter for installation. Have no fear, we are more than happy to give you a rough quotation over the phone or online, where will be able to discuss your requirements and provide an estimate, tailored to you.

However, we do recommend shorter pile artificial lawns, as it’s easier to clean up after those adorable furry friends of ours. Go to our ‘Artificial Grass for Pets‘ page to find out more.

Artificial grass is like any other surface and when the weather gets warmer the grass gets warmer. A sand infill can help to decrease this as an optional extra on an installation or just on those extremely hot days, give the grass a hose down before using it. That should cool it down for you to catch those rays!
